Found items are kept at the office for 14 days. After that they are handed over to the police.

School Children & School Bus Cards

Nuup Bussii has a service contract with Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq for the transport of all school children.

Free

Grades 1–7

All children residing in the municipality ride free — no card required.

School Card

Grades 8–10

Free with a personal school card issued at the office. Valid every day 06:00–00:07.

Help us make the journey comfortable for all passengers.

Have exact change ready

The driver may refuse large bills. A single ticket costs DKK 20.

Scan your card

Electronic scanning is required for all card types on every trip.

Move to the back

Make room for new passengers by moving towards the rear of the bus.

Backpacks & strollers

Take off your backpack and fold your stroller during busy periods.

Behind the yellow line

For your own safety — always stand behind the line while driving.

Terms of Carriage

Rules for travelling with Nuup Bussii.

Payment

Cash only on the bus. The driver may refuse large bills. Electronic ticketing required for all card types.

Tickets

Single tickets are valid for 1 hour with free transfers. Unannounced ticket inspections may occur.

Children

Children under 16 residing in Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq ride free.

Strollers

Max 2 strollers per bus. Wheelchairs permitted if space allows.

Not allowed

Pets, bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, smoking, food and beverages, weapons.

Intoxicated

May be refused entry or removed from the bus.

Refunds

No refunds for cancellations or delays.
